Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it unless it is a custom order item. To do so, please contact us immediately at 615-451-0107. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.

How to Return Merchandise
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:
- Complete the top portion of your packing slip;
- Enclose the return packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
- Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
- Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:

Transaction & Exchange Policy
Hard Good Items : May be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or for an item (of the same value) at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling charges. Any returns valued at $200 or under will have a minimum re-stocking fee of $20 dollars (each item) plus all shipping and handling charges. Any returns valued at $200 or more will be charged a restocking fee equal to 12% of the total amount of the item returned. If the item purchased is valued less than $20, no additional fees other than shipping and handling will be applied. Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item has been used or worn there will be no refund. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
